The Reinhardt Room can accommodate groups of up to 80 guests for a fully seated event and up to 100 guests for a cocktail event with limited seating.

Our 325-square-foot patio is always included (weather permitting) with use of the Reinhardt Room. Patio features string lighting and speakers connected to the main room’s audio system.

Do you allow outside caterers?
As the Reinhardt Room is Django’s dedicated private dining facility, all catering services in the space are provided by Django restaurant. Our talented culinary team is happy to work with you to create the perfect menu for your event.
Do you have parking available?
There is no dedicated parking for the Reinhardt Room. Free street parking is available on the north side of Locust Street between 15th and 17th Streets. Plentiful metered parking is available on downtown streets surrounding the venue. Meters run until 9pm (Mondays through Saturdays). Public parking is free on Sundays.
Downtown corporate parking garages are available throughout the neighborhood with rates as posted.
is internet service available?
Yes - wireless internet service is available in the Reinhardt Room and included with your use of the space.
What is your alcohol policy?
As the license holder for the Reinhardt Room, all alcohol and beverage service must be provided by Django restaurant. If you desire specific selections, be sure to discuss your needs with our planning team. We will be happy to bring in special items as availability and state regulations allow.
Can I bring My own Décor and furnishings?
Guests are welcome to bring décor elements into the space with the following guidelines:
The use of tape of any kind, nails, thumbtacks, stick pins or any type of glue-based adhesive are not permitted to come in contact with walls, pillars, wood, painted surfaces and windows throughout the space.
Non-residue-leaving tape is allowed on brick walls only.
Confetti, glitter or other similar items are not permitted in the space.
Guests are free to use furnishings provided by the venue, including round banquet tables and wooden chairs. Additional furnishings may be rented to supplement what is on-site; this will be coordinated by the venue.
